Do you find that even when you are using a “sensitivity” toothpaste, your teeth still seem extra touchy?  Does the thought of drinking hot coffee or eating chilly ice cream make you cringe?

Try this natural toothpaste recipe that not only whitens, but also decreases tooth sensitivity using cloves.  Store bought toothpaste is very convenient, but it also contains unnecessary chemicals like sodium laureth sulfate, a foaming agent, as well as surfactants that are much harsher on your teeth than even regular baking soda.  If you’re not convinced you want to brush your teeth with Indian Healing Clay, as the recipe recommends, here’s an alternative, or just google “natural toothpaste recipes”.

I hope this was informative, and let me know in the comments if you like regular or natural toothpaste.
